Great customer service, promptly responded to my emails, given my unforeseen circumstances I needed to change my original dates, and was pleased location where i originally booked still had a available date 2 months later.

Having never used Bluesea holidays before, I rang them to find out a bit about the company and also to book a family holiday. Greg K was the agent and he was very reassuring, knowledgable, helpful, pleasant and professional. He found us a family holiday and all the necessary paperwork required was emailed to me within the hour. If the holiday is as good as Greg’s excellent service we will have a lovely time. Aditya was the travel agent I dealt with, firstly on live chat and then by phone when I completed my booking. Aditya was very helpful with any questions I had and was able to secure the flights, exact hotel and even secured a private transfer which I requested.
